What is the difference between a concrete and a fiberglass pool?
Concrete pools can be built in any shape or size and last longer, while fiberglass pools install far faster and can be relocated if you move. Concrete suits larger projects, hotels and custom designs; fiberglass suits villas and chalets where you want water in the pool quickly with minimal demolition.
How long does it take to build a pool?
A fiberglass pool is typically finished within days, while a concrete pool takes weeks depending on size and finish. The exact timeline is set after the site visit based on area, finishing type and the filtration and lighting systems required — and you get a clear schedule with the quote before work starts.
How is the cost of a pool determined?
Cost depends on four things: size and depth, pool type (concrete or fiberglass), finishing level (marble, ceramic, mosaic), and the systems required such as filtration, sanitising, lighting and waterfalls. That is why we start with a free site visit and then issue a detailed itemised quote.
What is the smallest space that fits a pool?
There is no fixed minimum — we build compact pools in villa gardens, chalets and on rooftops. What matters is not only the area but also access to the site, soil conditions and the routing for plumbing and drainage, all of which we assess during the site visit.
Why does pool water turn green and how do I fix it?
Water turns green because algae grow when sanitising is weak or the water balance is off. The fix is to shock the pool with a chlorine dose matched to its volume, run the filter continuously until the algae clear, balance the pH between 7.2 and 7.6, and brush the floor and walls. If it keeps returning, the filtration system itself is usually at fault.
How often does a pool need maintenance?
A pool needs weekly attention for water balance and cleaning, plus a deeper service before each summer season. Weekly care covers chlorine and pH balancing and emptying the baskets; seasonal service covers filters, pumps, lighting and leak checks. We offer monthly and seasonal maintenance contracts if you would rather hand it over.
Do you maintain pools you did not build?
Yes — we take on maintenance for any existing pool regardless of who built it. We start with an inspection covering the shell and the filtration and sanitising systems, then tell you plainly what needs repair and what is working well before agreeing a maintenance contract.
How do I prepare my pool for summer?
Season preparation takes four steps: clean the shell and walls of deposits and algae, inspect and clean the filters and pumps, set the water level and balance chlorine and pH, then check the lighting, waterfalls and remaining accessories. If the pool has been closed for a long period, an inspection before start-up is advisable.
What types of sports courts do you build?
We build artificial and natural turf pitches, acrylic courts for tennis, basketball and handball, padel and squash courts, running tracks, and multi-purpose courts and children play areas. We work with clubs, schools, universities, hotels and compounds.
Is artificial or natural turf better for schools?
Artificial turf is usually the better fit for schools because it is safe, needs far less maintenance and stays usable year-round in any weather. Natural grass requires irrigation, drainage, regular mowing and rest periods between uses, which is difficult with heavy daily school use.
How long does artificial turf last?
The lifespan of artificial turf depends on material quality, how heavily it is used and how it is maintained. Higher-grade materials resist sun and abrasion for considerably longer, which is why we state the exact material specification and warranty period in the quote before work begins.

A project runs through five stages: the free site visit, full design and visualisation with material selection, construction by an engineering team, commissioning and tuning of the water and lighting systems, then maintenance and after-handover service. You get a clear schedule from day one.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes — we provide a warranty on both workmanship and materials, with the period varying by project type and the materials used. The warranty duration and its terms are written clearly into the contract before work starts, and we remain available after handover for after-sales service and maintenance contracts.
